My primary focus is a plant-centered eating practice using ethically handled meat upon request. I believe in restorative practices and put them to use in the kitchen
to balance wellbeing and inspire your senses.

My menus are inspired by the changing seasons, reflecting the abundance of Asheville's local growers. I offer a variety of dishes that cater to different dietary needs, including, but not limited to, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and other animal based eating practices. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, I've got you covered.

Quest for Flavor and Comfort

I offer Airbnb services that provide hosts and guests with flavorful foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you feel like staying in let me know and we can arrange an amazing menu for your vacation here in the mountains of North Carolina! I also offer fun Dinner in the Dark, lets your senses go nuts while tasting blindfolded. Book it!

 

I am also creating Culinary Arts Program for in school, after school and  50+ age groups to learn to cook, bake and have fun with food!   

 

Please enjoy one of my favorites snack recipes, High Energy protein Bar.  It's got a little kick of spicy flavor with fresh ginger and Chinese Five Spice. Oo lala!

High Protein Energy Bar

Prep 15 Mins 

Total Chill Time - 1 hr. 

  • 1 c Mixed Nuts ( nuts of your choice

  • 1 c Dates

  • 2 Tbsp of Nut Butter 

  • 1 heaping Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder 

  • 1 tsp  Chia seeds 

  • 1/4 tsp Chinese Five Spices

  • 1/4 tsp  Ginger

  • 1/2 tsp  Fresh Ginger ( chopped

 

Use a food processor 

  • Mix your nuts - make a powder or leave a little crunchy

  • Add dates > blend

  • Add nut butter > blend

  • Add spices > blend

  • Line an 8"x8" pan with parchment and place mixture, press till firm, cover with parchment

  • Refrigerate for 1hr - cut into squares.

  • ENJOY!
