The KalaGrae Foundation
Named in honor of my daughter, KalaGrae Farineau.
A beautiful soul who left the earth too soon. Who spent her days uplifting others,
radiated creativity, and offered love to all who crossed her path.
Her spirit lives on in our hearts and the work we do.
At the KalaGrae Foundation, we are dedicated to
nourishing the mind, body, and spirit.
We value a culture of hope, resilience, and connection,
and our mission is to create nurturing spaces
where individuals can engage in self-care practices,
foster emotional well-being, and build a foundation of trust and healing.
Through community-driven initiatives, creative expression,
and accessible resources,
we aim to:
Nourish individuals with tools and opportunities to cultivate
emotional well-being, self-compassion and culinary creativity.
Promote awareness of mental health and suicide prevention.
Encourage open dialogue to dismantle stigma
and build understanding of addictive thinking and behavior.
Create mindfulness gatherings, where shared experiences
like creative workshops, cooking classes offer spaces for connection and care.
We are committed to supporting holistic well-being
through meaningful connections and compassionate programming.
With love, Mama Llama
Together, we envision a world where self-care is celebrated, vulnerability is embraced,
and every individual feels seen, heard, and supported.
KalaGrae Foundation is a beacon of light, nourishing hearts and minds
reminding us that hope is always within reach.
We are looking for partners who believe is this work
and what to contribute and support this mission.
