Why happy snake skin salve, here's my short story? 

I ran upon a timber rattlesnake last year at the beginning of a year-long journey. She let me past after we reconciled on the path. It occurred to me that I would be continuously shedding my skin all year long in 2023, in preparation for 2024. Thats where Happy Snake Skin Salve was born.

 

This piece of functional artwork contains a healing salve made from infusing oils combined with organically grown botanicals. Externally use only this salve will leave your skin feeling soft, subtle and heal all the dry bits.  

 

• Salve ingredients;  Infused Camomile Avocado Oil, Infused Calendula Coconut Oil, Infused Holy Basil Olive Oil, Shea Butter, Beeswax, Vitamin E, Tea Tree Essential Oil, Sweet Orange Essential Oil. Listed on the back of packaging.  

• Hand Cast Vessel; The top and bottom of this vessel are made from hand poured beeswax. I cast the bottom from an osage orange and I sculpted and cast the snake lid. Molds were made so that I could create small batches of Happy Snake Skin Salve. 

• Packaging Box 3"x3" is made from recycled materials, non-toxic, chlorine free, and bleach free and biodegradable.- Ingredients are listed on the back of the packaging box

• Beeswax Container 2.75"x2.75" / slave covered by parchment paper 

• Salve amount  .25 grams
